2. Keep your hips tucked as you bend into your left elbow and slide the right hand away. You should feel your right lat and your full core working.
3. Return to centre, while wrapping your right foot across your left ankle and tucking your left toe into a full plank.
4. Now keep your hands static beneath your shoulders and glide your feet towards your navel as you lift your hips skywards.
5. As you return to full plank, lower your knees and resume your next rep. Regularly reset your abs to prevent doming. Switch sides after your chosen work interval.
